Everything is organized very well 'like' cleaning and ther arrangements, staff and doctors are very polite nd experienced

This is a honest review based on my personal experience, as I lost my loved one to this institution. It was our grave mistake to take our loved one here. Very average hospital. Para medical staff is ill trained, lowly paid newbees , interns, many of whom dont even properly know basic medical procedures. Though no use blaming them, since its entirely management fault that they hire pupil on low wages and interns are easy catch for them. Basically , they compromise on patient safety, for the sake of their profits. Especially, they para medics are ill trained to even inject and you may end up catching life threatning infection, septic shock and death. Many of them commit blunders but since medical field is technical innocent patients and attendants dont know how much unpardonable mistakes are made. Secondly, they claim to have certain specialists, but the said specialist is not available. Seems many specialists are only on paper or come occassionaly. God forbids, if you develop complications, they dont even care to schedule a visit and you are left to fend for yourself. Thirdly, They are no hospitals, but money minting ventures. Purely driven by greed to earn money. There is no service motive which is ever visible in their conduct. They will even charge you for coffin. That's their level. Every tiny bit of thing is overpriced many times. Fourthly, no transparency in treatment process. They will pump medicines after medicines without break.You even dont know, which medicine they pumped in,The physicians will not tell you about the actual position and keep you in dark. Then all of sudden ,they will tell you the patient is serious. We need to put on ventilator. Its Rs. 40k per day. They will keep patient on ventilator, and jack up the bill only to be told one day that your loved one is no more. Even some physcians are ill mannered. They dont have basic compassion or empathy. Many talk rudely to patients and attendants. Even genuine questioning or query is not entertained or appreciated. At night, there is no doctor. Only ward boys and ill trained young nurses. That is the case also on holidays. If the doctor come on holiday, then they will treat you as if doing big favour despite being charged hefty for entire visit. Also doctors are not exposed to new techniques. Level of care is very standard. They are only good for dealing with minor complications. Not for advanced care. Having said all this, I only want to tell what I feel the truth is. Rest is your decision. Thank you.
