Pathetic Service behind a big brand, I bought foreign currency with card worth 80k INR, Firstly they refused to deliver at my place, later come to know they don't have staff.nnSecondly, once i visit there MG road, Gurgaon branch they took 1 hour to complete the transaction bcz of their slow work style and they said ur card will activate in 24 hrs but my card didn't activated even after 48 hrs, i have to follow up with everyone from outside india ( Mumbai Branch, Gurgaon, Card CC) and believe me nobody was responding of my call and mail. I have to suffer a lot just bcz of them.nnSo , i will never recommend Thomas Cook for any type of service. Go to small agency they will give u best service in less price.

Very nice staff. I was greeted and offered cold water and coffee while having exchange.nnThey serve the customer well focused. They elaborate everything before taking any further step.nnBest place for money exchange.
