I had met with an accident where my collar bone was affected, i was unable to move my neck and also can't walk properly. After doc she was the first one i met not as a physio but as a friend. She really took my pain as her pain and treated me. In one week i was absolutely fine. Thanks Dr. Mandakini for all your efforts and love to your patients. I seriously recommend her as a physio. Trust her for her knowledge.

She’s a healer. She uses her hands to release tight muscles and fascia, relieving pain very quickly. She addresses the root cause, not the symptoms.

My obgyn Dr. Ragini Agarwal recommended Dr Mandakini for physiotherapy during my pregnancy. I was regularly doing yoga before pregnancy but I was under the misconception that exercises should not be done during pregnancy. I took 20 sessions with Dr. Mandakini starting 19th week and they made a whole lot of difference for me. My complete pregnancy was a breeze. She gives personalised training and is very attentive and encouraging throughout the session. Her exercises helped me have a relatively easy labor and a normal delivery. Weight gain was controlled and I was working till last day of my pregnancy. Even after child birth, her lactation consult helped make breastfeeding easy and bearable. Her session inspired me to keep breastfeeding as I knew the advantages and techniques to ward off the pain. Thanks to her I knew that pain isn't normal during breastfeeding. Now, I am taking post natal exercises sessions from her for disastis recti and I have started feeling the difference already. Thanks doc!

I visited her on recommendation of My Gyn Dr Ragani for palvic pain in 1st trimester of my pregynency. She was so gentle and helpful that i continued to be in her consultant throughout my pregenency. Despite of my work schedule which really demands a lot traveling i delivered a healthy baby via normal/vaginal delivery. I followed her instructions thoroughly and infact had a very less labor time (just 6hrs). Post delivery with the help of her instructions i am back to my shape. She has also helped me in lactation. Lactation was neglected topic in my pregenency and i had faced a serious issue in it.nI would definitely recommend Dr Mandakani for pre an post natal
