PVR Sahara

A very average mall. Also the cinema and sound quality is average and is according to the price of tickets. Food stores are also available. Atms and very good clothes shops are here. You can shop also. It is near the metro and parking is also available.

Seating and movie clarity with Good sound quality is what PVR is known for. However PVR Sahara Mall I didn't had good experience. Though it's good to watch a movie here as their rest rooms are neat and clean, properly maintained hygine. Good eating options and we'll decorated staff. Comfortable seats, clear picture and good sound quality.

Pathetic experience to watch a movie in a so called brand PVR... As the name itself is a brand for movies, we went in PVR shaara mall and opt for buying tickets from window rather than purchasing it online. They literally charged us 400Rs more than the actual price and handed us dairy milk as a complimentary from PVR. We even asked him why he is charging us more than the actual price shown on app so he said taxes were not included online. We told him that this is not our first time to PVR but he charged more and handed us tickets as well as chocolates... And as we checked on ticket bill it was less than what was actually deducted from the account... He fought with us like we are fools we even contacted manager for the same. But this is not what customers expect from such a famous brand, forcefully handling over the chocolates and charging high for tickets... If you guys want to sell your products you can ask your customer if they would like to have it or not... You cant force them to take your products and you charge high for this..... Worst experience ever.
