A 67 million year old tree fossil. This was discovered during road construction. It is just about 2 kms from Kharapathar on the road which branches of from middle of the town onto the left as you drive from Shimla / Theog.nnA must visit, though poorly maintained by the concerned agency. A board describing its significance would be of great interest to the people coming to see the fossil.nnPlease give a thumbs up / like if you found the review useful.
