We started our journey with Vinod Sing Gill Ji (Bittu Ji) on 2nd March 2020 from Shimla. The moment we reached our destination he took all the responsibilities of our trip. Starting from simla ..followed by kufri..kullu..manali..solang valley ....bittu dada owner of GURUNANAK HOLIDAY was with us..he is such a gentle man ..he guide us like a elder brother..there was heavy snow fall in solang valley..but he gave as long time to enjoy the snow ...inspite there was chance to stuck in snow..he provide us nice hotel in both simla and manali..from where we get the excellent view ..over all the trip was 5 star with bittu dada..

Satisfied with the service..i took a 3 days trip to Shimla.Bittu ji is a gentleman and he honestly guides with the itenary ..our driver Gurnam singh ji was too a nice person..He made us feel comfortable and was very well behaved... excellent driving skills in the hilly terrain . recommend to everyone visiting Shimla

I booked taxi service from here...Initially I asked them to book hotels and travels as well but highly disappointed with service. I planned two months before actual journey, The agency owner Bittu sir was very good till I pay them token amount (on 5th dec), speaking very gently once I pay them advance token amount he told me you no need to worry now I will take care of rest of the things and I will start your bookings on 5th january and you can call me then, when I called he said I will not book XXXX hotel which was given in mailed itinerary as they might be occupied instead I will book YYYY hotel having very poor ratings on the internet, I was not having any option I said you just provide me taxi service I will book hotels by myself....When journey starts driver Gurnam singh was very rude arguing every time.. He brought us to shops where he was having commissions every time even in activities as well.... Our journey was of shimla and manali, he skipped two places by saying there is risk of heavy snow fall the places were about 30 km around I said 'OK as we have already skipped them can you let us to manikaran' the driver addressed me aggressively by saying this is not in itinerary I cant, I tried to contact Bittu sir, I don't know in which mood he was.. started saying we are Sardar's we martyred for our country you should be careful while speaking with Sardar I didn't understand whether it was related to this matter... apart from these car was good and driving was also good
