WOODAYS RESORT

Location and rooms of the resort are good. But the service is pathetic. Stay is worthless. Waiters are too rude and abusive. They are not at all cooperative. If the last order is at 10:00 pm..they wont even listen to you at 10.03pm. Wont recommend to anyone. They need to change their management.

We were a group of 8 people who stayed for 2 nights 3 days at the property. Undoubtedly, the property had breathtaking view. Cottages were nice and cozy. Unfortunately, this was the only good thing about the place. Rest everything needs improvement.nFood was decent but they had limited options. Staff was way too non- cooperative and grumpy. They had damn casual attitude towards all the issues raised by us. They weren't even trained enough to cater guests' needs. We asked for whiskey glasses, to which they said they did not have any left as all of them have been given to other guests. We asked for fresh bath towels, to which they said their laundry had not come by then.nAll in all, their hospitality is questionable and resort is just not worth the money.

No doubt...resort is good...view is good...but we expect nice behavior from the owner...if we apologise to anyone that's makes us bigger not smallest.....first of all....we never asked for anything in midnight or at 5,am....anybody can say anything in response to my review...i can't make it stop....we woke up before 6am just to see sunrise....after that we ordered for cutlery m all.....if you are not supposed to do work at that time...you can clearly say no to us during our telephonic conversation.....why making so fuss now....if you have strict rules...then kindly follow them.....its your fault if you do work against your working hours....why to blame.....n secondly we had not booked room for two nights at all....we told you that we would decide after 1 day at your resort....so it's completely our decision to continue stay or not.....so please just rethink about cancellation charges!!!!? Just don't write anything without any strong reason....at the end resort is quite good....but we had not good experience at all !!!!!!

I am rating this on behalf of what I found here, this resort is in right side of the road while going from Shimla to Poabo road. Their is a sharp right turn for entering to resort, colour of buildings are white and the road is not safe because their is grass or green algae from that car's tire got slippery. In entry gate you start yourself with Block A ending up Block D.nSir I'm nobody who gives you a single rate for your resort. If I do, it is because Google has ask me to give a rate on it. What I found on that basis I give the feedback. For better rates you should ask feedbacks for providing good services not for telling ous what to do or not . Best of luck

There is nothing about this place which is not par excellence.nWhat starts as an amazing offroading experience turns to breathtaking views at the next moment.nThen it gets better with premium rooms equipped with all amenities, not to forget how classy the design is.nService is top notch - owners and staff are helpful and professional.nDid I mention how extraordinary the food is?
