A month ago, my friend has opened an account with HDFC Solan till today she won’t able to operate it.nStaff is giving lot of excuses (copy her passport 4 times, asking same documents again and again), her office deposited salary in HDFC but still she isn’t able to access it.nOne of the best reason they gave her today “Ms. Sapna is on holiday now” Hello?!?!?!?!?!nThis actually shows how competent they are with excuses but incompetent enough to deliver their duty.

Bad service always. Staff made a mistake to open my account. Then asked me to come again and again. What the bad service of this bank. Don’t suggest open HDFC account. Even SBI is much much better.

pathetic co-ordination between employees .I would like to say never apply for a credit card in solan branch .If you want to be harassed then you are on your own risk.Personal experience.

Now there is a new lady at the cash deposit counter,can't describe her rude behaviour.....I kept waiting for 20min and than said to do a bit early....she said wait for 10 min and rudely added time is your issue and not her and said 15-20min hi to hue hai khade to kya ho gya....worst experience in 12 years of my banking transactions.
