The experience was pathetic. At the time of purchase, the sales person would give you all the promises of the world that any item can be exchanged in the given stipulated time. But when a needy person like me would ask for an exchange, they'll narrate the policies and what not of this brand. The so called 'Coupons' that they give during shopping would also work the same way. They never tell the right thing and when the customer has made the payment, then as usual with that shameless face, they'll tell the lie over the customer's face. I'll rather buy the clothes for my kids from some lame vendor who sits at the roadside but never recommend anyone to go this most unprofessional shop.

I have visited their store in Chandigarh as well. they have a good collection for gift purposes as well. you can find a variety for new born to age 5 here. and quilts and blankets for kids are also available. good collection of attires and formal wear for kids

The shop has nice variety till age 5 also has other things like blankets..... To gift other's but location is not correct given and one of its branch is also in Trikuta nagar

The shop doesn't exist at the mentioned location.I used Google maps to reach there but to my utteramazement I was surprised to see that there wasn't any shop of firstcry.nI wasted my time money and resources.

This shop doesn't exist at the given location here... It is on kidzee Road opposite crizal lenses
