Very bad experience. Doctors are good but the management staff like the receptionists, fee counter staff or the staff over pharmacy; terrible. They don't even know how to speak.

Hospital management is very poor, i was asked to visit hospital and mark your name at 6 in morning if you need an appointment of Dr Ashraf sir, i did so then i was in a queue from 1 to 7 pm along with a patient still i was not able to take appointment due to sheer negligence of staff, i request hospital management if you mark someone for an appointment then their value and time is equally valid as others whom you allow to do a tailgating, it was very disappointing & worst experience and if doctor wants to see only 30-35 patients it is fine but the issue is you need to follow that list and i think only a professional staff can do that , who is well trained and knows his job well and you lack that quality staff, sorry

Expensive and the blue collar staff does not leave u without paying tips.... After delivery case, Pediatric Doctor must be available which we didn't found.. Pharmacist slow as only person is there for issuing medicines...... And separate fee counter is disgusting and time wasting....
