Dr Pannu is a wonderful soul. He is the face of God !! 100 percent available and doing his duty most sincerely !! He is saving lives by being available all the times. Such doctor is rare to find these days. Very thankful to him and Dr mandeep!! Staff nurses Aman Inderjit Prem Lata Sharma and lovepreet rendered excellent services. Dr Arunita and Gauri from the diectics went beyond their limits to provide us with our food requirements. They are brilliant souls. The only problem is poor housekeeping in the hospital. The billing section sucks big time !! It took almost 3 hours after clearing all dues that we r still not relieved !! Poorest coordination

Worst hospital ever. They don’t even deserve one star. What they taken care is of only money not the patient. I have one relative admitted here and it’s only admitted, doctors really don’t care from what pain is that person is going through. They don’t even listen to you. They have only one statement that recovering but that person never recovered. Never admitted your known ones here. Never recommend.

Worst experience regarding refund in my life. Please guy's if have insurance don't pay a single penny in advance cos if pay in afvance you will get refund in...let me think.......like NEVER EVER. I have got operated there although I have insurance they made me deposit of amount 50k(50000) in in advance after they got approval from insurance company. After operating procedure I got discharged on second day but till now it has been almost a month I didn't get a single refund from there side. Whenever I called they each time they told to talk to different person and each time they told me that" your payment is processing". Iam local from Ludhiana my parents are at very high post in banking. It will take maximum 4-5 days for refund to show in your account. We have submitted the necessary documents multiple times as they told us to do so but I think we have to go to consumers court they don't gave they money they owned us. Very very bad. I don't have words for there refund policy. Don't ever pay them anything in advance if you got insurance.

I want to share my experience here at fortis. My patient was told to seek Dr Gursimran advice as my wife was carrying high risk pregnancy. She delivered under ma'am and I am thankful for her care and excellent expertise. Mch ward is the best with all the staff very cooperative. We are blessed to have come here.
