Courteous and Well trained staff. From valet service to security and front desk to concierge, everyone greets with grace and provide service that Radisson is known for. Good business centre space available for meetings and formal gatherings. Room key card is required to access hotel room floors from the elevator. Wooden flooring could use changing with the creaking sound that hasnt been repaired for quite long. Good room service. Great availability of services. High quality rooms and decor.

This branch is a blot on the face of the world renowned chain. I like to believe my experience was a one of thing but it was too worse to be passed off. Attended a wedding function at this place and well talk about hospitality.. because these apparent pioneers of hospitality knew nothing about it from waiters spilling food over guests to the chefs serving bland and cold food. This place made us feel as if we were the ones being paid to be there rather than other way around. We would have had a better event if it would have been done at a local pizza chain than this place. I am in utter shock and disbelief that this is the kind of experience top tier hospitality chains meet out to their guests. Truly baffling!! way to ruin a wedding celebration I must say. Thank you Radisson we'll spare our bucks from other branches of yours as well.

We were attending a family function and had the opportunity to stay there for two days. I must say excellent food. The breakfast buffet was lavish and service was very attentive. The wedding function was also very professionally handled with personalized service by the staff. I must say a must stay when ever you are coming down to Ludhiana for business or pleasure. Thank you to Mr Abhay (GM) and his team to make our stay a memorable one.

We attended a marriage in Amber hall , Radisson Blu in December 2020. Very poor service in all manner , No talking sense to waiters. How to serve food they don't know. Food quality of any another 2 or 3 star is far better than Radisson. Poor Hospitality..

Great experience at Radisson. Very big hall, nicely decorated for the occasion.Food and service was excellent . We enjoyed. The gathering was slightly more than 100. All Covid restrictions were followed by the staff.
