Service is so poor...shopping doesn't take that long but you have to wait for hour just for billing. They never operate their second counter no matter what. Plus they have zero collection winter wear at high time of winters. And I'm talking about H&M ludhiana. Improve your services please.

Worst customer service. Illiterate and ignorant staff who doesn't even know how to greet customers. H&M should maintain their standards here as well like other countries before huria suitable staff for a HM store.
