I visited there to change the back case of my honor 8 pro phone, they changed the backcase but damaged finger print sensor of the phone, then i had to change the motherboard of the phone that cost me a lot and at the end now their is problem with the screen of my phone... its not properly fixed and there is slight discoloration on it... very bad servicing...

The staff behaves as if we r beggers sitting infront of them. Cheap marketing tactics. In each n every case, First they will tell you inflated price , after you negotiate they will give some discount n make you feel tht they r not earning much. Which is not the case . The thing is lenovo has a contract with service provider.. Till the contract ends ,bear them or change the phone. Its a quagmire . Truth is bitter.

They have repaired my moto g5 plus battery but they have damaged my earphone jack....
