Pathetic staff. Visited today and asked for zinger and popcorn. The arrogant cashier said that it would take 15 mins. Seriously?? The management who is reading this should improve their service . Do remember that there is a bk and dominos in same foodcourt

When you want some Fried Chicken! KFC is so addictive and the restaurant of choice obviously! Personally love the Zinger Burger and their Grilled Chicken. Wish they brought back the Original Recipe to India.

Very slow service, food is not warm or hot, stale food.nWorkers not wearing masks with real spirit, always pulled down.

Kfc doesn't have their franchise numbers correctly updated. I wanted to contact kfc for undelivered order , in return I got wrong franchise number. I contacted franchise for status or refund, I got to hear from actual owner of the phone number. I again contacted kfc and from other sources i got forum value mall kfc store manager number. Upon insisting for cancelation, I am told it would take 14days for refund. Strange.
