Nice tea opinions available. My favourite tea is masala tea. I also prefer ginger tea during cold days. However coming to location of this shop, which is very good but shop is smaller than crowd available there. Snacks options are also available. Behaviour of staffs are also good. Hence when you are visiting phoenix mall, you can visit there for a cup of great tea. You can choose your sugar preference as sugar pouch is separate than cup of tea.

I was at this shop and in hurry left my money there. The staff there, Mahadev took the effort to come all the way behind me to return it. I went back to the shop next week again to thank him and get something. I observed how he managed the staff- polite and patient, even when it got too crowded for just one staff to handle. Very courteous staff

Only one person works at this place and he juggles around with all the orders in hand and taking new orders. It took 15 min to give one tea and we have to wait again for another 10 min for the other one as he got busy taking orders from the rest and serving food orders of others. When a customer orders more than 1 tea, definitely he / she wants to enjoy the company of other friend / family member. Going through this kind of experience spoils the whole point of visiting this place.nThis is not a road side chai shop.nComing to quality of tea, t definitely deteriorated. Ordered Irani chai and it tasted just like a regular chai. Ordered masala chai and it was like drinking hot masala water.nAlso for god sake please keep some normal paper cups if you feel your branded cups are costly and can no give one extra cup. Please keep the whole customer experience in mind and not worry about few bucks.

Horrible tea! It's better to drink flavoured hot water. Elaichi and ginger is what we ordered. Both had more water content. We have ordered chai online from office, they deliver good chai might be coz of the fear of review.nnAlso the sugar was too high for my taste. Generally any cafe give unsweetened chai/coffee but here we got the one with added sugar which we felt was too high. The place is too cramped up and suffocated if there are 10-15 customers at the same time.nnReally disappointed!
