Good stuff is in here and staffs are super friendly and amazing. But I feel very sad to see no crowd in here.. As much as they deserve it!! I have their premium card too.. But as its far from my home and office.. And due to no time.. I am unable to go there on regular basis.. They have really got some good stuffs in there.. I loved this place. The best part is.. Its down to BBQ, so its double fun...

Good and fun place for all mini games. Kids will definitely enjoy their time here. They've 4 bowling lanes and is only 100/- per head on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Cricket is also available. Normal parties can be celebrated provided with food order placed in advance. It is located inside virginia mall on 2nd floor. Washrooms and paid parking available.nnOne star down just because the IONA card is mandatory for recharges to play all kinda games. Card is charged for 50/-. Also the card expires after 6 months if unused so if any amount left is gone to IONA's pocket and you'll be at loss. Team IONA - my suggestion is that you should better refund the remaining amount as soon as the fun activity of each customer is over.

Too many flickering lights on the bowling pins which is quite distracting. There are offers on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Overall bad experience. The staff were more into playing cricket than giving good quality customer service. They were rude when we interuppted their game and gave us attitude when I asked them to put the bumpers up for bowling. Aren't they being paid to work? Doesn't seem like it. The worst part was the guy behind the bowling shoe counter. He tried to scam me because I am white. Asking my girlfriend and I for 200 rupees each for bowling shoes. I told him I already paid the girl for the game at the counter and he says that its 200 each for shoes as well. The girl at the other counter kindly helped us out with him and we finally got to play an over-priced game of bowling. We knew it was a scam and this is exactly the type of service that drives tourists away from India. It's disappointing leaving such a bad review but we were not treated like customers should be treated.
