I've had 2 super bad experiences in this restaurant and I'm surely not going to recommend it to any of my friends. Its a shame that even with the surveillance of Sanjeev Kapoor, the food preparation is not at all upto the mark. Seriously need to improve upon the food quality and staff training. The only thing which I liked about the restaurant was the interiors and the ergonomics of the restaurant. I hope they do something to improve the food quality and service.

I lately tried this restaurant and i was totally disappointed by how well sanjeev kapoor's food image is being tarnished. The chicken smelled really bad. To not let my hopes shatter with sura vie i decided to order a few more appetisers. But i had no luck in them too. It totally wasted my time and money. More than that just spoiled my taste buds for the day. I had high expectations with this restaurant but am afraid if they keep up with this quality they will face a serious setback. And more than that one of their corporate officer was really petulant and was unable to digest the negative review and in return questioned my taste and standards of food. Food line is such a business that they should welcome negative comments more than positive so as to keep on improving. I wish them good luck.
