I booked my ticket Delhi to Ottawa here in 2014. They gave me Iternary telling that ticket is confirmed. I paid 54500rs happily left. After 15 days, i called air India to confirm baggage they told me ticket is not confirmed. I had to rush back to Ludhiana travels. These guys lied me about confirmation. Then, they told me it will be done in few hours, then days . After 7 days of sending me back and forth, they finally confirmed my ticket, i got confirmed from airlines. Then, next day i called back airlines again, then i found they void the ticket. I again had to rush back to them. They told me that money will be returned. But 10 days they kept me running back and forth, after threats and verbal fights, they returned my money. But i lost a precious month in agony. Getting my ticket never confirmed. Never book your ticket here.

I called on the number given online but number doesn't exist ...what's the benefit of giving the number then .
