My school.. Nearly a century old. Was the only primary school for a very large area of Bantwal taluk till the 70s. Has a very good reputation. The teachers, over the generations, have been dedicated and treated the students with affection. Annual Sharada Pooja Mahotsava and School Day are important occasions. The school ground is the venue for Dasara Vesha Pradarshana and competition as well as the grand firecrackers display during the local temple's Annual Lakshadeepotsava. Incidentally, the temple is Sri Veera Vittal temple, after which our school is named.I am proud of my school.nIf the readers will please excuse my vanity, I will like to add that in the history of the school, I was the only student to have secured a District level Rank in the 7th standard Public Exams.
