I am extremely sorry to inform you that you have the most irresponsible and worst people handling your Insurance portfolio.nnI have the following three PA policies:nn1.tSAP/I2122440/E4/02/0003245nn2.t SAP/I2122444/E4/02/0003245nn3.tSAP/I2122445/E4/02/0003245nnThe policy is due for renewal on 16th Feb 2019 and till date I did not receive policy renewal notice.nnToday morning I spoke to Mr. Chandan your executive at Mysore who has been mis-handling my policy since I enrolled for this policy.nnAs per the attachment, I sent Mr. Chandan, my policy details requesting him to inform me about the renewal premium payable. Also I spoke to him a couple of times today morning and told him that I need to pay the premium today itself, because from tomorrow I will not be in station for a few days.nnTill now (it is 19.30 hours now) he has NOT bothered to inform me about the premium payable.nnConsidering my earlier irresponsive service from Mr. Chandan, at around 11.30 AM, I contacted your call center and the staff by name Shanthi informed me that within half an hour I will be provided with the renewal policy info. That was end of her commitment.nnWith the insurance field being so competitive , I fail to comprehend how Bharti Axa can have such irresponsible staff to interact with the policy holders.nnWith Regards,nnK CHANDRAHASnMYSORE.
