Inspite of having good stock of good quality bicycles, this showroom has mixed response from customers. Needs to tune up. Services should improve.
Extremely Rude..!nnWe had bought a tricycle for my 2 year old kid, when we presented it to her she got scared of the music from the tricycle and refused to even touch it. Next day itself we contacted the vendor and explained him our situation and requested for an exchange. To our surprise he refused the exchange. The cycle was the same except for the plastic cover on the seat was removed.nnIn spite of our repeated requests the vendor spoke rudely and did not agree for exchange. Now we have to keep the tricycle which is not being used.
Owner is a good chap and gives you good deals for the cycles. In fact, I had been to around 6 other cycle stores in Mysore and found this to be the most reasonable.
One of the Best place to purchase Cycle in Mysuru City. Mr.Rudresh is so friendly and rates are very competative and you can challenge the rates to leading cycle stores of mysuru (including Sharada and Bharath cycle stores).nnHospitality and service stands 5 Stars.
Varieties of cycles are good. But does not promise to deliver the cycle on time. The shop keeper agreed to sell a cycle for a negotiable rate. I even was ready to pay the full payment but he said not to pay till cycle is delivered(which was the only good part). But made me follow up for 3 to 4 days by telling a lie as to check with him the next day and cant be delivered on present day. May be he dint want to sell the cycle at that promised rate or he dint have stock and dint want to lose customer or he might be a dealer and sold that piece to some other shop for a higher price. Something was weird. So i got frustrated and brought a bicycle from some other shop.
