This is one of the most disorganized govt offices out there. Not one table will you find a name or label of what that individual does. Do not expect any help from the help desk, as there is absolutely no hope for people without money to bribe or some connections internally.nnDigital India initiative is thrown out of the window as you will find piles and piles of papers lying around. The entire building is extremely shabby and poorly maintained.nnEveryone works for themselves and squeezing money out of the common man is the mantra here. Hope someone takes notice of this and starts to make changes for the good of locals in Raichur.
