Nice place near Kannur for an evening outing. The place has an entry fee of INR20/- per head and then more for each sporting activity ( cricket, video games, pool table, bounty, boating) . There are small stalls all around selling food, packaged and pickled.Prefer reaching there by 5:30 PM and return by 8:00PM

It is a beautiful floating park as its name suggests.once you step on to the wooden walkway you experience the cool water of the river beneath...and the breeze makes it lovely.nThere is a nice boating area ( motorized and self pedalling once..I would recommend the motorized 20 minutes drive enjoying the cool breeze..( the music on the boat is too loud..wish they reduce the volume a bit ) you can see the beauty of the river and mangrove forests bordering the river coast..nKids have plenty of play area with the regular swings and slides plus small pedalling boats,a game zone,a net bowling area and few other play things..nIf you are in Kannur, it is the best artificially made river park in this area to go to..
