Nice ambience and great service from Mr.Sreerag.The hotel fully taken the safety measures during this pandemic...very comfortable stay.All the staff were taking effort to maintain cleanliness and sanitization process. Service is excellent, food served in creative way. staff are super friendly and very much well behaving.

Had ordered onam sadya today and the same was a, real feast with all the traditional spread. The same was home delivered neatly packed and the same is a must try. Had a sumptuous meal, thanks to Jerrin for the delivery and Special thanks to Chef Manu for the yummy dishes. Overall, a super sadya and Shyam, thank you so much for your support without which the same couldn't have happened. Wishing you all a Happy Onam.

Hotel premises is awesome with excellent facilities, value for money stay. specially the food was awesome thanks to chef Vishnu who have very good knowledge about the food he cooked.

Nice descent Hotel. Eventually ended up staying for 6 continuous days (25th June - 01 July 2020). I have had service issues with the staff.nFor Eg, Due to COVID, the food was being served at the door step, therefore the food was being served cold, how ever the timings stipulated by the hotel itself was no adhered by their own staff. At times the Breakfast was missing Butter, main meals ere missing Disposable cutlery, upon interrogation, the dining service would deliver the required to the door step, but in that bargain the food was getting even colder. Even the quantity of food was not upto the mark. For eg, how can a person have chapati with Fried Rice and Manchurian gravy, in the other meals, quantity of Daal was not sufficing. Preference of Meal (Veg Non-Veg) was asked to the guest about 3-4 times before serving meals, however the wrong supply was supplied, that too late. Was not once asked by the housekeeping whether I required any toiletries un till I had to ask them to deliver that as well.nnOverall experience was not Good !!!

Rooms are small as compared to other radisson superior room but it has all the stuff you need even the mood lighting. Overall staff was polite, ample car parking.. Plenty of options in the breakfast
