Thattekad Bird Sanctuary

This is just an irresistible place for bird watchers and wildlife photographers. Best place for silent picnics with little ones would more taste to your tour....(remember, kids under 5 year old are restricted) . This is a wonderful place where you can feel what really silence and purity means...Very well maintained. Best time to visit is early morning at 7 am. That's the time for photography and birdwatching.

A small zoo, a wonderful butterfly garden and a medicinal garden too. A small jungle walk with it. Good place for a nature lover. Come with few friends, less talkative....

Overall it is good. The forest is good but It is very hard to find a bird there. Also it was a hot day in November. Better to go during winter.

Awesome place. Especially butterfly sanctuary. It's felts like animated video, that much impressive.nBird sanctuary is good place to hangout with families and friends.

Not much to see. Butterfly park is good. Birds are hard find. also there is no Boating now because of Covid spread. Walk through Forest is good way to spend time.
