The place is outstanding as always!!! You feel privileged being there. They take care of us like kings and queens. Hospitality is just one part of it. The aesthetics, the place where roam about, all of that feels heavenly. And the food is amazing. Too good, and I can't get enough of it. All of that is tailor made to our requirements which is absolute privilege.

I like the way the staff is takeing care of the customers

We stayed in the hotel during the Covid-19 duration. This is the one and only one hotel in Kerala where we enjoyed the hospitality, neatness and latest ameneties.nnThe view from the balacony towards the lake is awesome and also the gardens and other facilities were well maintained even during the Covid-19 duration.nnWhile comparing the English breakfast(Malabar Cafe) with Crowne Plaza-Cochin, we recommed to focus little bit more on the taste. The dinner at Colony Club House was delicious.nnAlso please make sure you contact the guest at least once before they reach the hotel to feel the recognization and confidence on confirmation on the booking.nnWe have planned to stay in the same hotel with our parents next time. Also have decided not to go to any other hotels in Cochin, since we didn't feel such high standard facilities in any other hotels in Kerala. We had been to most of star hotels in Kerala & abroad during the past and also during the Covid-19(only in Kerala). Grand Hyatt is the only one hotel which didn't compromise on the neatness and services being provided to the guests during the Covid-19 duration.nnHats-off to the managment team & the staff for maintaining the high standards without mentioning the Covid-19 excuses.

Hospitality and comfort was outstanding. Staff service was excellent. Food was so delicious with wide range of sweets. Special thanks for staffs who showed us the property and described about the facilities available. We got a chance to meet the senior chef at Thai Soul. It was a great and amazing experience. Highly recommended who stays / spends vacation with family. Easy accessible from Cochin International Airport. Looking forward to visit again.

Awesome experience... Simple ചായക്കട (Tea Shop) with memory boosting പഴം പൊരി (banana fry).... And plenty of other snacks.... We can see the beautiful smiling face of staff.... Great view of sea... Was a great experience....
