The Janamaitry Police Station, Adimali runs a Janamaitry Police Canteen which is open to the public and the staff of the department. Their rates are far below than other hotels. They make the foods freshly and serve it hot.nnThey are running this facility as a nonprofit venture. The nominal profit they make from sales is used for the daily expenses, salary for the staff and the remaining amount is usedo for charity. They're open on all days, including on days observing Harthals or Bandh. It's a boon to travellers as well as the local folks.nnTheir service is appreciable. I highly recommend this place for lonely as well as family travellers. Please note that at noon, it's difficult to grab a seat. You should wait for at least ten minutes for a seat at peak hours.
