Great experience. I went there 2 days back. There were only few guests including us. Still their hospitality was amazing. It was excellent food also. Staffs are well mannered. So happy and relaxing experience.

It is a great initiative to us.. They provide us a luxurious feeling here.. All the staffs are well trained and good approach to us.. Room facilities are marvelous... They provide us a swimming pool facilities...nAlso provide spa for customers...nA lot of parking space is available there... So no need to worry about that...nIt will give you a good ambience

Resort is located approximately 20 km from Munnar town...the drive to the resort is a bit bumpy due to bad roads but the scenic beauty of lush greenery is a visual treat....the winding road along the river bank more than makes up for the long drive..the resort is located on a hillock with spectacular surroundings and breathtaking views....the rooms are well maintained ....room service is good.... concierge needs improvement in art of communication particulary in English ....spa services and open pool are on par.....in house transfer to surrounding sightseeing is available.... compliment breakfast is included....this is purely a Nature getaway.....enjoy the surrounding forest in the lap of nature........

This property pops up as the initial choice in most of the booking apps. But please take note of the following before booking this place.n1. The stay is located at about 35 kilometres from munnar town. The approach road is pathetic. It takes around 90 minutes to reach munnar.n2. You might like the place if you are looking for a location much away from the city centre.n3. It is advisable to travel at daytime because if you are stuck on the way, it will be very difficult to find someone for help.n4. The property is very hard to locate. There are no sign boards. The main entrance has a board that is hardly visible.n5. The staff at the place is very passiven6. The place has no working lift.n7. The breakfast provided in the morning was okn8. The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was good.n9. The phone extension doesn't work.

My experience...nIt is not in munnar but 30 km inside and road is very bad. It will take 2 hrs .If you change the date of booking they will increase the rent.If you cancel the booking advance payment will not get back.
