We went there to buy a television. The customer care executives were so good they are well mannered. They answered for all our queries with promptly. Even though the floor space is low but they arranged everything very beautifully.nnIt was a nice experience. Looking forward to buy more appliances from them in the future.

Not recommended to buy any electronic items from here. After sales service is very bad. My LG Automatic machine got complaints within one and half years. I complained and waited 20+ days. It's under warranty but still not fixed. Their service is zero!

I went there to get fridge last year and got a damaged product. They are cheap too, not even turning on fan or AC for their customers. Another thing they did is that at billing, they said another product is available which is better than the one I am buying. So, they gave the 'better one', filled with scratches and malfunctioning defrost.nI'd say do your research well and very well, so that you don't get fooled.

Had a good experience. Customer service was good. But I feel they could have had more choices in products.
