It’s a wonderful outlet for kids. Store manager and the salesman are very helpful.

This store is situated on 2nd floor of Hilite mall. A decent store. But nothing great. Dint really have a good collection of clothes. Very minimal but few turned out to be pretty nice. They have clothes, toys, walkers, maternity wear, sleeping beds and other items for both baby and mom. Though their store is comparatively smaller to other baby stores i found this store to be better than the rest. Again nothing great but definitely better.

Pretty decent collection. Mostly everything like baby care, baby clothes, baby bathing, baby nursing and accessories etc are available. Along with this, the store has good collection of stroller, walker, cradle,crib, cycles, rockers etc. are there.

Staffs are well informed, friendly and enthusiastic in their dealing with their customers..Best service ever. The male staffs are more interactive. Staffs are well trained and have a good idea about the products hence Easy for customers to choose between the brands. Great team work displayed ud83dudc4dud83dudc4dnDefinitely the best kids store with a great variety of products in kozhikode!!!

I visited this store twice during my stay at calicut based on my online shopping experience with first cry. Staff is helpful in locating items but lot of items are out of stock. Cloth nappies size required were out of stock during my first visit. Second visit pampers required size was out of stock as well as all brands of squeeze me feeding bottle with spoon. Also the first time I was given a a paid carry bag with no logo of first cry and the second time staff charged for carry bag without checking with me. I was pretty disappointed not for having paid Rs 14 for carry bag but for not being asked first. I went back to the store to check what the additional item in my bill was and the staff simply apologised saying the extra item is the carry bag and admitted they should have checked with me but bill cannot be altered. It would be appreciated if the staff does not take customers for granted and lose customers who return to the store because of the brand value.
