I thought it will be a good one as they are part of a mall. But when i get seated i understood that they don't have cleanliness. Simply building multiplexes and charging huge rate doesn't mean any standard. Seats were full of food items and plastics. They didn't cleaned the theatre which forced me to clean the seat myself. If they can't provide such services its better to quit and look for some other business.

Surabhi cinemas and shopping complex is situated in the heart of Ramanattukara. It has a nice parking facility. Textiles, Super Market, Food Courts and other accessorise stores are present inside the mall. It has a top notch multiplex theatre also. Ticket prices are affordable.

Very poor customer care. When we tried to rectify a mistake the person in the cash counter behaved very rudely. I think you should improve your customer relations as our situation could have been handled without bad feelings on our side.nI think we will stop using this place from now on

Surabhi cinema is a better multiplex in our area. Good place to visit with family . But comparing to Crown in calicut ( Atmos ) . Surabhi is still using old audio channel. The audio system in surabhi is really bad. Projection is good. Seats and over all ambiance is good.

It's good option if you want to watch a movie with your family. But ticket rates are heavy but they don't provide that type of facilities. Sound system is average
