Worst experience.. at the time of check in I have 10kg luggage more... so they sold me to pay 3000Rs.. then i ask them to remove my 10kg they told me only 10mts are available if u possible u can.. bcz of time limit I payed cash... but 9.10 pm flight was delayed 9 hours take off on next day morning 7 0 clock... I hate never choose Air India... Don't choose... they always be like this we didn't get any accommodation.... no relevant answers from officers...
