Placed an order for same day delivery between 6-9pm and when it wasn't delivered till 9:30.. raised a query and was informed at 10:30pm that they're out of stock for the chosen product. No calls or anything. Customer is supposed to track as they won't inform you about non delivery or cancellation and would happily retain the money paid. Happened 3rd time within a span of 1 year. PATHETIC SERVICE

Hopeless quality of cake and flowers delivered. They are charging so much but not delivering the quality as shown. When I called to complain the guy who attended the call spoke badly. They don't deserve to be in this sector. Adding photos to show how they do their work. Paid 1166₹ for this
