Very good maintained statation. Staff need training of soft skills. Announcement and inquery counter not up to the mark. Malkhana Material loading and transporting office staff were very rude behaviour specialy the loading person as my experience of 2012. Required strict vigilence for staff and travelers as Many people spits on platform, stairs and even in lift. Required strict policy for these type of people. Should use cctv camrea.

The station was maintained quite well and good. The interesting thing is the have been growing some plants with the help of bottles filled with sand and they all were arranged parallelly which was looking beautiful. The idea has to be appreciated...! Basic amenities were also arranged so as to benefit the passangers...!
