I love this gym because it has very family atmosphere, so the variety of people made it easier for working out. according to the facility Prices are too reasonable.

My weight was 110 kg , I was very upset with my overweight, my knees started getting pain then I was advised by the doctor to lose weight. I tried hard to lose weight and joined many gyms but my weight was not decreasing and my knee pain was growing. Then a friend of mine asked me to join FPHC here I have lost 20 kg in 6 months And now I have no pain in my knees I heartily thank you FPHC team

Best guidance in all workout like weightoss and its also hlp in overcome the physical problems. Any one have any issue regarding health must contact fphc best results in allworkouts , daily noticing your activities and must follow them for your perfect body or healthy lyf . I muskan have some issues regarding health i rocover all my health issues in 3 months. I try every where but there is no positive responce atlast i shw interest in fphc i got best results in our lyf about everything..... If u love ur body and want some changes or u want to chnge lyf must visit fphc

Good place for woman's. The trainers are very good . We are lossing weight too fast and the environment is very friendly
