Hi,nnI had a very bad experience of Black Oasis Tours and Travels. Operator has not sent Bus information (bus number, driver's number, Bus tracking link, etc which operator generally sent on the day of travel) either through SMS or phone call on the day of travel and operator did not pick the calls on landline as well on mobile number. Pick up was at 8:15 PM and at 8:00 PM finally operator pick my call and told the bus will come by 8:20 pm and driver will give you a call once bus reach the nearly area. But the Bus did not come as well as the call so I called again to bus operator at 8:40 pm and again both (landline and mobile numbers) phones did not received by the operator. Hence I called on Red Bus helpline number and from Red Bus customer care executive I came to know that bus is delayed due to traffic and will come to the pick point in some time.nnFinally the Bus came at 9:00 PM. I inquired about the delay and for not sending any communication regarding the Bus details and delay, firstly the fellow (person who collect tickets) ignored me when I repeatedly ask him then he said he had given me 4 calls and informed about the Bus which was a total lie(false). Not a single time I got a call from operator(from the person who was in the bus for pick up and collect tickets). The fellow was taking very rudely so I told him if you can not provide service to customer then stop this bus service. For that he told me we have not invited you, do not book our bus, we do not want customer like you. Seeing his arrogance I told him it was my mistake to book your Bus. He was also unhappy for me approaching to the Red Bus customer care. He told me as you booked the ticket from Red Bus then ask the service to Red Bus only.nnIt was horrible experience of customer service from the staff of Black Oasis Tours and Travels.
