Pune to shahadanStaff of the bus was really very rude .not so helpful .and there are more people on the bus than capacity . And on the way to the passage there are people who are sleeping and talking all night loudly . And after complaining to the staff they are ignoring and also a c was not working properly . And bus was so delayed.. not on time reached . Because on every stop the bus was used to stop and very slow .and bus was not so clean it was stinking

Booked online ticket but cleaner gave my booked seat to some other person without informing me. Worse experience.. never use this bus service.. bedsheets and blanket were stinking badly
