A brilliant gym for the monthly fees offered. Most gym equipment is available, and the trainer is also very friendly. Already recommended 2 other friends to join as well, and they have had a similar experience.

A good gym with all new equipment at Laban. Fees are also very affordable. Gym freaks can join here

To be an athelete you need to have a good trainer. This is why i would suggest powerflex.
