Despite of Pre booking, they Provided us a uncleaned room in which Fan is not properly working, there is no mirror in room not even in the bathroom, and room seems to be under renovation.nnPersonally I feel compared to this hotel, Hotel Orion even Blue Vine have good Service & they treat Customers in a better way.nnMy family is totally disappointed over their service. Seems to be my first & last visit to this Hotel.

Food Quality 4/5 (except Naan)nFood Quantity 3/5nHygiene 1/5nCustomer service 1/5nnThe restaurant is expensive in comparison to other restaurants offering similar food quality and services.nnThere was only one staff in the restaurant serving who also disappeared in between. They served us Naan which was not properly cooked (they replaced it on complaining). On ordering cold drinks, they gave us bottle which expired 4 months back. It was manufactured in Jan, 2020 and it got expired in May 2020. We were lucky enough to check it before consuming. Towards the end they served us mouth freshner (mukhwas) which had insect on it. They should atleast maintain the hygiene.nnGreatly disappointed. Poor customer service and least hygienic.

Excellent hotel, good services, good food. I stayed there in a presidential suite. for a day. The tariff was 3200 including breakfast.

The room & food was good .. we hade 2 rooms but one room geyser was not working .. we had a early morning c/out .over all experience was ok for an over night stay .
