These guys broke my bike, and then refused to acknowledge their fault at this. And then made me sit for hours while the owner tries to figure out how to operate his own camera recordings. Bad experience this one time. None of the staff agreed to their own faults, saying I brought the bike already broken. Very poor communication skills; arrogant staff and owner.
