I have always been happy with their service. Used them for close to 3 1/2 years in their Patia outlet which has unfortunately shutdown. Is this same one that has shifted to Shree Bihar now?

Swiss Laundry is providing extremely bad service . Today they have spoilt my costly kurti earliar also i had complain them for damaging. Today when i refuse to pay the amount of the kurti wash as it is damaged they threatened me of handing me to police just because we complaint and refuse to pay the only kurti wash price.This is really not acceptable. So if anyone using their service . Please be careful and aware.

Okay first of all I lost my pillow cover here.nI know that it's my mistake that I didn't check it while receiving it as there were some more complications while picking my laundry.nThe day when I gave the laundry the man in the reception said that he will reduce the charges for us so we trusted and being students lesser we pay was the best option.But when we went to pick up he was not there and everyone there said that it is fixed no negotiations and blah blah.nAnd lastly the don't believe in CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

I am surprised to see the negative reviews. Anyway, my experience with the laundry was very good. Me and most of my friends are regular customers. Being students of KIIT, we get extra discounts. Very nice service. Highly Recommend.
