Currently due to a recent hurricane the park is closed and being used as a base for construction and FEMA crews.

I give a three because 1. It's Free. 2. You can easily take people of all mobility levels during the early winter Holiday season. We decided to go here to check out the lights set to Holiday Music. There was music but not holiday. The 'lights set to music' works like the fountain light speakers that were popular for a while. I do feel this would be a great place to bring loved ones who use wheel chairs as during the off season the population is low the walks are wide and even and there are lots of other lights throughout. If you are interested in another Free light and music show check out the Wharf. It's set to actually Christmas music - secular and religious and it's a really good entertaining show. However if you have people sensitive to to loud noise or quick changing lights stick with Owa. ( The wharf is wheel chair accessible bit just needs a little more effort. - certain places to use an elevator , and walkways not as wide.)

This is a place to have fun and we live it. We were a tiny bit confused on the halloween portion. There were two people handing candy and a small hay maze. I did honestly think it would be much more on the truck or treating aspect. This place is still worth it we love the rides and always have fun. The masks are for inside the building area. Take into consideration it's your responsibility to out it on. If you don't want to be around others just stay home. They are clean and they are trying. You're outdoors. Have fun! Remember you came to have fun they didn't make you come.

We get season passes annually and it's great. I think the park is laid out very well especially for the little ones. We don't have to walk all over just to go from one ride to another. I can't wait for more expansion but it's perfect for when we go. We try to avoid weekends or promos since we have a membership to avoid the crowds. The food pricing seems comparable with any other amusement park. The park is ALWAYS clean and staff seem to be polite and helpful.

We go hear to walk. The sidewalk around the entire park is 2.12 miles long. At least the route we take is according to Map My Run App. Very nice walk. Plus you can park in the huge parking lot, take a nice walk, then go to McDonald's and ruin the effort you just put into the walk. LOL...
