I have been to this hospital. Only one thing I have to say : No extra medication, no unnecassary investigations : . I insisted on tests but doctor told that nothing is required. My child got all right. Thankful.

Read with interest all the comments on Dr Avneesh Gupta's healthy baby children hospital.Recently I had a pre term baby who remained admitted for about six weeks in the same hospital so I have seen their functioning from close quarters. There are three issues pertaining with the hospitalnn1-Reception and staffn2-Doctors competencyn3-Money mattersnnI think it is my duty towards the hospital to explain these issues one by one.nAs far as reception is concerned there are certain issues regarding prolonged waiting and receptionist being rude. most of the times waiting is more because there are some emergencies within the hospital or doctor has to go on Emergency calls. These things are beyond anybody's control. I myself have seen even literate persons speaking rudely to the lady receptionist. When there is so much rush and people get impatient and behave in inappropriate manner they react which sometimes is not in good taste I think this all happens due to number of patients more than they can handle. I asked doctor about it he said that it is hospitals policy to not to say no to a patient once he has come to the place.Because it will be inhuman.nnNext issue is doctors competency. Different people may have different experiences you cannot cure everybody. Some people will be left unsatisfied. But I have noticed that he does not treat or keep a patient beyond his capability He tends to refer these patients to the appropriate place and person.nnRegarding money matters. My baby was admitted for six weeks. Belonging to sallaried class things got beyond my capacity. I told the doctor the same. He replied that now we have come too far. Life is too precious. He treated the baby in his hospital only and told me to pay whatever I can with ease at the time of discharge. Doctor accepted the money, whatever I could pay. He didn't utter a single word.nNothing else to say.
