I am Dr R Ramajayam from Chennai. I have been called for interview by the Principal G D Gupta in the month of January 2019. Generally I don't accept to go for the personal interview then also I visited the campus because he gave me the false hope. Many of the private college’s and universities principal or directors are not true professionals and not run by the educated management. ISF College of pharmacy is that one kind of management. They don’t know how to evaluate the candidature. They just purchase the degree without doing any research. G D Gupta doesn’t know anything about research. He said that I did postdoctoral under graduate research not PG research. Please don’t be fooled by this person. Unnecessarily I waste my money and time by believing the nonprofessional people. Also I heard that that college doesn’t have good work culture even the employees should work on Sunday and other public holidays. Furthermore they don’t pay the monthly salary on time. Please ask TA and DA if you are asked to attend the interview. Then they will show the seriousness in assessing the candidature. Please understand I wrote this review to save some innocent and true professionals and not for any other purpose.
