One of the worst travels you will ever find, once a visa was rejected due to wrong declaration given by travels to Singapore visa office, which was informed at the last moment, finally a most inhumane thing was done, after no tour and all and making all payments, they gave a condition that we have sign a bond that we will will not ask for refund or they will not return my passport, they made my friend wait in thier chennai office with his wife and 2 year old girl for 2 days by simply saying you can wait all time but they will not give passport. Never heard a case where all money was paid and holding passport for not to apply for refund. Please be wary that your passport is not safe with them, please not even after all payment and thier mistake they are keeping the passport. Finally had to waste 3 days in chennai and get police help and resolve the passport matter, 3 days of hell they made, for making us not applying for a refund.
