I would highly recommend this outlet than many across Kolkata.. 1) They are professionally very well groomed (Especially Mr. Tanay) 2) Understands customers actual need & constraints and serves accordingly 3) Shares proper information on products 4) Perfect follow ups

Godrej Interio is probably the worst organization I have ever come across so far as commitment , product delivery and promise is concerned . I have faced third such instances while dealing with them . Apart from product quality there is nothing . Once you visit any Godrej Interio showroom you will be treated like God by the sweet sales persons present and eventually you end up in paying & booking products. But the worst nightmare comes after that .While booking they will surely commit to deliver on a specified date which will never happen . Upon contacting them they will promise to deliver on that day which will fail and this keeps on repeating .My hands are tied as I work with a reputed MNC and I cannot end up quarreling or going to the Consumer forum for a simple product. I have contacted the Zonal Head Joy Dasgupta , HO Mumbai ,Logistics Head of East IRFAN WADOOD but no one has helped . This is simply unacceptable from a 100+ year old company.

Alright, down to earth behaviour of the sales persons. Not very flashy, good interactive atmosphere.
