Fast response to customers calls but laking in provide the information to pick the parcel. Since I called once to pick my parcel @2pm they asked to come now and collect my parcel so i went to mss office @ back to park hotel. I come to know after reach the office it was LUNCH time 2pm to 3pm. Even In lunch time they don't talk to us so i wait until the lunch time after that they start their work at finally picked my parcel by paying extra 20 rupees.
