Did not have a good experience. The staffs were very reluctant to speak and attend to our queries. It seemed our questions were irritating them. Save your conveyance fare and order from online pepperfry.

Went there to see their furniture variety, but was totally disappointed. A very small showroom with little furniture displayed. When asked, they told us to buy online, which is the best option.

I have purchased two Wadrobes from Pepperfry. The delivery of the item and it’s fitting doesn’t goes parallel.Ideally it should be. While fitting the wardrobe they identified one item missing which pepperfry failed to check while sending for delivery.From last one week am the one who is constantly following up for it and they don’t even feel responsible to respond properly to the calls or messages.They don’t know how to deal with customers and it’s full of hassle.As per my experience I would suggest not to go unless you are ready to take this hassle. Pepperfry simply don’t understand the concept of customer service, really poor at it and am highly disappointed.

This is just a studio where the staffs will show you furnitures on internet in Pepperfry site which you can fo yourself sitting in your home. Being a hardcore internet surfer I found the store unnecessary.
