Went on an emergency for stomach pain at 5AM. There is not even a single duty doctor available to attend. It's not a quality of a Multispeciality Hospital.

A clean hospital with good care. Very impressed

Worst hospital and management, after asking multiple times, we had brought our chithappa (Kumaresan) to this hospital today from gudalur to Theni for emergency medical assistance. But they did not even bother to provide first aid for an emergency patient. For more than 1 hour 45 mins, not even an injection or trips was given to a patient in utmost pain and injuries. All they have done is a Training doctor and nurse checked the reports from previous hospital. Though we insisted them to give at least first aid or pain killer, they were saying that they need another x-ray report, but this x-ray thing was not even informed to us untill we ask the receptionist (we had x-ray report from 1st hospital) . There was no doctors to take care of an emergency patient. Then we had to take him to another hospital for treatment. Worst experience, Never ever go to this hospital for emergency medical assistance. What if something goes wrong,dont play with patients life.nnமோசமான மருத்துவமனை மற்றும் நிர்வாகம், பலமுறை போன் செய்து கேட்டபின், அவசர மருத்துவ உதவிக்காக கூடலூரிலிருந்து தேனிக்கு இன்று எங்கள் சித்தப்பாவை (குமரேசன்) இந்த மருத்துவமனைக்கு கொண்டு வந்தோம். ஆனால் அவசர நோயாளிக்கு முதலுதவி அளிக்கக்கூட அவர்கள் கவலைப்படவில்லை. 1 மணி நேர 45 நிமிடங்களுக்கு மேல், மிகுந்த வலியில் இருக்கும் ஒரு நோயாளிக்கு ஒரு ஊசி அல்லது குளுகோஸ் கூட வழங்கப்படவில்லை. அவர்கள் செய்ததெல்லாம் ஒரு பயிற்சி மருத்துவர் மற்றும் செவிலியர் முந்தைய மருத்துவமனையின் அறிக்கைகளை சரிபார்த்தனர். குறைந்த பட்சம் முதலுதவி அல்லது வலி நிவாரணியைக் கொடுக்குமாறு நாங்கள் அவர்களை வற்புறுத்தினாலும், அவர்களுக்கு இன்னொரு எக்ஸ்ரே அறிக்கை தேவை என்று அவர்கள் கூறிக்கொண்டிருந்தார்கள், ஆனால் இந்த எக்ஸ்ரே விஷயம் எங்களுக்கு நாங்களாகவே சென்று வரவேற்பாளரிடம் கேட்கும் வரை எங்களுக்குத் தெரிவிக்கப்படவில்லை (எங்களிடம் எக்ஸ்ரே அறிக்கை இருந்தது முதல் மருத்துவமனையிலிருந்து). அவசர நோயாளியை கவனித்துக்கொள்ள சரியான மருத்துவர்கள் இல்லை. பின்னர் நாங்கள் அவரை சிகிச்சைக்காக வேறு மருத்துவமனைக்கு கொண்டு செல்ல வேண்டியிருந்தது. மோசமான அனுபவம், அவசர மருத்துவ உதவிக்காக இந்த மருத்துவமனைக்கு ஒருபோதும் செல்ல வேண்டாம். ஏதாவது தவறு நடந்தால் என்ன செய்வது, நோயாளிகளின் வாழ்க்கையில் விளையாட வேண்டாம்.
